Your Day-to-Day

* Use our proprietary sourcing platform alongside your personal network to identify prospective healthcare candidates
 

* Initiate meaningful outreach to introduce candidates to career-changing opportunities through MLR
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between interested candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Maintain consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged and supported throughout the journey
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied to meetings set, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach

The Earning Structure
