Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Southeastern United States region as a Registered Nurse in the Electrophysiology Lab, working part-time during daytime hours. This role involves planning and delivering professional nursing care aligned with established policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify their care needs accurately.
• Organize and implement appropriate patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned, overseeing nursing activities.
• Keep detailed and accurate patient care records.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening situations.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor care quality using outcome-based indicators.
• Participate actively in cost containment and accurate patient service billing.

Education

An Associate Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in a Compact state or the relevant regional licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Understanding of age-specific physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual patient needs.

Physical Demands
