Join a dedicated team providing compassionate nursing care in a gynecologic oncology outpatient clinic located in the Southeastern United States. This full-time day position involves supporting patients under the guidance of physicians and office managers, assisting with clinic operations, and delivering direct nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate patient care records.
• Ensure a safe environment by recognizing and responding to life-threatening situations promptly.
• Support patients' cultural and spiritual practices within medical guidelines.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to quality care monitoring.
• Demonstrate responsibility in customer satisfaction, patient flow, and cost containment efforts.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Compact state or the relevant regional licensure.
• No prior work experience required; positive interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential.

• Visual acuity necessary for patient observation.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
