Overview: Join a compassionate healthcare team supporting physicians and licensed medical staff in a busy gynecologic oncology clinic. This full-time day position involves assisting with both administrative and clinical duties to ensure smooth patient care delivery.

Responsibilities: You will help obtain patient vital signs, update medical charts, compile statistical data, and adhere to regulatory and policy standards. Care is provided to a diverse patient population, including adults, older adults, and pediatric patients, under the supervision of licensed providers.

Education, Training, and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and successful passing of a nationally recognized certification exam from organizations such as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Completion of medication administration, AED, and phlebotomy competency exams within the first month of employment.
• Ability to operate clinical and office equipment effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
