Overview: Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant I in the Intensive Care Unit, working full-time night shifts. This role involves providing essential patient care, observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked patient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient admissions, including orientation to the unit and equipment.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, either directly or by notifying appropriate staff.
• Support the nursing care plan by performing delegated patient care tasks.
• Ensure patient safety through proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Manage medication and supply retrieval for patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.
• Participate in cost containment and accurate patient service charging.
• Engage in educational and performance improvement activities.
• Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient patient throughput.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current registration with the appropriate state nursing assistant registry.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
