Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Lead Child Care Teacher to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children. This role requires professionalism, leadership, and a passion for early childhood education within a safe and supportive setting.

Responsibilities: Demonstrate effective teaching practices, maintain classroom order, and support the developmental needs of children from birth to 12 years old, including weekend care. Engage in activities that involve walking, standing, and lifting children and materials. Communicate clearly and age-appropriately with children and colleagues.

Education: At least one year of responsible classroom experience in a large, professional child care center is required. Knowledge of state child care regulations is essential.

Experience: Proven experience working with children’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development stages, particularly ages birth to five years and up to 12 years for weekend care.

Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (minimum 30 minutes), strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and effective learning environment.
