We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Report Writer to join our team in a regional healthcare setting within the Southeastern United States. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on developing, maintaining, auditing, and reporting operational and analytical reports to end users.

Education and Certification

Applicants must be Epic certified or able to obtain Epic certification within three months of training, passing all required exams within three attempts. Please be prepared to upload your Epic certification with your application.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recent experience working with business intelligence tools, including system analysis and information technology activities. Experience with SQL query commands and creating Tableau dashboards in a production environment is preferred. Healthcare industry experience is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex activities under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential trips to Verona, Wisconsin, and multiple regional healthcare locations for collaboration.
• Strong verbal and hearing abilities for professional interaction, as well as visual acuity and manual dexterity for computer work.
