We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Psychotherapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team serving the Southeastern United States region. This role involves providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy to diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and patients dealing with substance use disorders.

Education and Formal Training

A Master's or PhD degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates must hold full licensure such as LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, or LPA in their respective discipline.

Experience

Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient mental health settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with managed care provider panels is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in delivering therapeutic services across individual, family, and group formats for various age groups and substance abuse patients. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet research skills, is necessary. Competency will be assessed during the interview process.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to see, hear, read, and use telecommunication and computer equipment effectively. Mobility throughout clinical departments and clear oral communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff are essential.
