Join a dedicated pediatric outpatient clinic serving the Southeastern United States region. This full-time day position involves providing compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a physician or office manager. You will assist clinic staff and patients with various clinical functions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct nursing care tailored to the age-specific physiological needs of pediatric patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to life-threatening situations.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and monitor quality of care.
• Support patients' cultural and spiritual beliefs within the scope of medical care.
• Contribute to cost containment efforts and ensure accurate billing for services.
• Foster positive interpersonal relationships with healthcare team members and patients.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in a Compact state or the relevant state.
• No prior work experience required; new graduates encouraged to apply.
