Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Lead Child Care Teacher to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment. This role requires professionalism, leadership, and a passion for early childhood education within a safe and supportive setting.

Responsibilities: Demonstrate effective teaching practices, maintain classroom order, and support the developmental needs of children from birth to 12 years old, including weekend care. Engage in activities that involve walking, standing, and lifting children and materials. Communicate clearly and appropriately with children and colleagues.

Education & Experience: Minimum of one year of responsible classroom experience in a large, professional child care center. Familiarity with the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development stages of young children is essential.

Requirements: Knowledge of state child care regulations is required. Ability to stand for extended periods (at least 30 minutes) and demonstrate strong communication skills tailored to various age groups.
