Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care aimed at individuals and families across the entire lifespan, from children to seniors.
• Manage chronic diseases, provide preventive care, and address acute health issues and mental health needs with a patient-centered mindset.
• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and other specialists to provide holistic care.

• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain precise, current patient documentation.
• Provide in-person and virtual care options that cater to patients’ needs and preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active North Carolina medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
