Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Evaluate each patient holistically and craft targeted therapy strategies that align with their personal goals and functional needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-backed therapeutic techniques to improve motor function, cognitive performance, and the ability to navigate everyday life with greater confidence
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide meaningful education to patients and their loved ones, equipping them with the tools and techniques to continue progress long after each session ends
• Track Outcomes and Refine Treatment: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progress consistently, and make real-time adjustments to keep each individual on the best possible trajectory

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education pursuits are enthusiastically welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in good standing
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
