Join a dedicated healthcare team providing professional nursing care to cardiac patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This part-time night shift role involves planning and implementing nursing care in accordance with established policies, with opportunities to assume charge nurse responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Care for patients pre- and post-operative cardiac procedures, assist with stress tests, and manage a diverse patient population. Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5 in a 28-bed telemetry unit.

Education and Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Experience and Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective organizational and leadership abilities
• Understanding of age-specific physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual patient needs
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to safely handle potential exposure to infectious materials
