Education and Formal Training

A Master's or PhD degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates must hold full licensure such as LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, or LPA.

Experience

Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient mental health environments is highly preferred. Participation on Managed Care Provider Panels is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants must be licensed in their respective discipline and skilled in delivering therapy to diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and substance abuse patients. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet research, is necessary. Competency screening will be conducted during the interview process.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to see, hear, read, and use telephones, video equipment, and computer keyboards. Mobility throughout clinical departments and effective oral communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams are essential.
