Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technologist (Radiographer) proficient in performing comprehensive radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures essential for diagnosing various conditions. This full-time day position offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated interventional pain department serving a Southeastern U.S. regional community.

Education and Formal Training

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited radiologic sciences program. ARRT (Radiography) registration or eligibility is required. Maintaining current AHA BLS certification is mandatory.

Experience

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. New graduates who are ARRT registered or registry eligible are encouraged to apply; however, registry-eligible new graduates must obtain ARRT Radiography registration within twelve months of hire.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent patient care abilities, understanding developmental needs across all age groups, and the capacity to interact compassionately with patients of diverse ages.

Physical Requirements

This role involves prolonged standing, bending, and manual dexterity. Candidates must be able to assume awkward positions, respond swiftly in emergencies, and lift up to 100 lbs while carrying objects up to 50 lbs. Exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials is possible.

Licenses and Certifications

ARRT certification in Radiography is required.
