Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver basic patient care with attention to comfort and safety.
• Observe and communicate any abnormal patient occurrences promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in the patient unit.
• Perform designated nursing assistant procedures as assigned.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with patients and team members.

Education & Certifications:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required.

Experience & Skills:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working under supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible and adaptable to varying work tasks and schedules.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of age-specific patient care considerations.
• Physical ability to turn, lift patients, and endure prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient observation.
