Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify care needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Organize, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned, overseeing nursing activities and supporting team coordination.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for adverse reactions and effectiveness.
• Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in cost containment efforts and accurate patient service charging.
• Adapt care approaches to meet the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of patients across age groups.
• Support patients' cultural and spiritual beliefs within the scope of medical treatment.

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

Licenses and Certifications:

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
