Your Role:

• Run Diagnostic Tests: Process blood, tissue, and fluid samples with accuracy
• Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with Providers: Deliver timely, quality data for patient treatment decisions
• Ensure Compliance: Follow quality control and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, etc.)

What You Bring:

• Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• MLT Certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
