Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Deliver Therapeutic Services: Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients’ physical skills, cognitive function, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee thorough, well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Teach patients and caregivers the necessary therapy techniques to promote sustained advancement at home
• Observe and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment approaches as necessary, keeping patients aligned with their objectives

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and provided

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
