Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and craft targeted, goal-oriented therapy plans that reflect their personal priorities and life circumstances
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to address deficits in fine motor function, cognitive performance, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate meaningfully with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver comprehensive, whole-person rehabilitation
• Empower Patients and Families: Teach hands-on strategies to patients and their support systems, ensuring therapeutic gains extend far beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough, timely documentation of clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans with precision to keep each patient moving forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pursuit of post-graduate certifications and continuing education is actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
