Your Responsibilities

* Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process
 

* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in our applicant tracking system
 

* Generate commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your outreach

Compensation Structure

This is a results-driven, commission-based position, which means there are no limits to your earning potential or success.

Your income will be directly tied to the value you create:
