What You'll Do

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary platform alongside your personal and professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to open opportunities, and assess their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between engaged candidates and our internal recruiting team for in-depth screening conversations
 

* Nurture warm leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up to keep the momentum going throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep your pipeline clean and current by maintaining accurate records within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful placements originating from your outreach
