Description – Your Role

• Execute routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while adhering to established guidelines.
• Verify result precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure our laboratory equipment is well-maintained and calibrated.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for subsequent analysis as required.
• Accurately document all laboratory procedures, guide new employees or students, and maintain high standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, paired with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of commencement.
• Continued maintenance of certification throughout your tenure with us.
