Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, spanning pediatric through geriatric populations, with continuity and compassion at the core.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and a robust network of subspecialty colleagues to provide seamlessly integrated care.
• Engage actively in quality improvement projects aimed at elevating both patient outcomes and the overall practice experience.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Offer both in-person and telehealth visits to meet patients where they are, both physically and digitally.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Nebraska medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
