Med/Surg Registered Nurse

MLR is seeking a dedicated full-time Med/Surg RN to join our team at a welcoming hospital located near Franklin, Indiana. This opportunity allows you to provide essential patient care in a supportive, friendly environment within a respected facility.

Job Summary:

As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide both direct and indirect patient care for individuals of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics. You will utilize the nursing process for data collection, assessment, and prioritization of patient needs, while developing and implementing care plans. Critical thinking skills will ensure safe, high-quality care, and you'll effectively delegate tasks to team members while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Schedule:

• Eligible for shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums.
• Scheduled to work three 12-hour night shifts (36 hours/week, full-time), with a holiday and weekend requirement.

Requirements:

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire (training provided by CRH).
