* Nurture candidate relationships through consistent follow-up to keep momentum alive throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn layered commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews conducted, and successful placements traced back to your outreach
