The Ideal Candidate

You bring 2 to 3 or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience to the table. You have either a working knowledge of healthcare or a genuine willingness to develop it, because we are here to coach and invest in your growth. You are skilled at managing complex client relationships and comfortable guiding candidates and clients through the full offer process. You navigate ATS and CRM platforms with confidence, and you bring an entrepreneurial mindset with real ambition to build something meaningful over the long term.
