Position Overview: As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our diagnostic imaging department. Your responsibilities will include performing a range of radiographic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of imaging quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Administer contrast agents as needed and monitor patients for any reactions.
• Review and analyze images to ensure they meet quality and diagnostic standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and assist in patient care.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent).
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in New Jersey.
• Proven experience in conducting various radiographic exams.
• Strong understanding of radiographic procedures, safety practices, and patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
