ARRT CT Tech Supervisor

MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Tech Supervisor to join our team. This position involves managing our CT imaging department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and optimizing workflow processes. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, in-depth technical expertise in CT imaging, and a true dedication to providing outstanding service.

Qualifications for a CT Tech Supervisor:

• NJ DEP License required.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT imaging.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT technologist, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of CT imaging procedures.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities for a CT Tech Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CT imaging department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to CT technologists, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Manage staffing schedules, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to maintain efficient departmental operations.
• Oversee quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
