Role Responsibilities

• Deliver longitudinal, comprehensive care to patients spanning all age groups, from early childhood through the senior years.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, including behavioral and mental health concerns.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Partner closely with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consulting providers to deliver seamlessly integrated, team-based care.
• Champion quality improvement efforts that elevate both clinical outcomes and the overall patient experience.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation within the electronic medical record system in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Provide flexible care delivery through both in-person visits and telehealth encounters to best serve the needs of your patient panel.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited and recognized medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Active Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Current or eligible for an active New Mexico medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
