• Execute routine and specialized diagnostic tests across multiple lab disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology
• Evaluate test results for validity and accuracy, troubleshoot instrument or procedural anomalies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples according to protocol
• Maintain comprehensive records of all procedures, support onboarding of new staff and students, and champion lab quality standards
• Uphold a clean, compliant, and safe laboratory environment in alignment with all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field with qualifying ASCP or AMT certification preparation

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science required or to be obtained within one year of hire
• Active certification must be maintained throughout the duration of employment
