Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and craft tailored therapy programs aimed at restoring function and independence
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Engage in Team-Based Care: Partner actively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, holistic rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Equip patients and their caregivers with the tools, techniques, and confidence to continue progress well beyond the therapy room
• Track Outcomes and Refine Care: Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and continuously reassess and refine treatment plans to keep patients moving toward their goals

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
