Description

• Partner with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to drive optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree earned from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
