What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and reach out to qualified healthcare professionals using MLR's proprietary sourcing platform and your personal network
 

* Introduce candidates to open opportunities and assess their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery calls between prospective candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture your pipeline through consistent, thoughtful follow-up communication
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission tied to meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful placements originating from your outreach

How Compensation Works
