MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatrics to join their client’s dedicated and compassionate healthcare team near Jarales, New Mexico!

Key Responsibilities for Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatrics

• Oversee daily operations of the pediatric department, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff efficiency.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives tailored to pediatric care.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to optimize departmental performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, family-centered pediatric care.

Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatrics Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics.
• At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current New Mexico RN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Certifications required: BLS, NRP, and either PALS or ENPC.
• National certification in area of expertise is a plus.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support and inspire your team.
