Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Full-Time | Flexible Shifts | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

You’ll be part of a tight-knit rehab team that works together to provide personalized, patient-centered care. This is a role where your input is valued and your work has a visible impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients meet functional goals
• Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities
• Collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, SLPs, and other team members for comprehensive patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families to support long-term success at home
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet evolving needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
• NBCOT certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced care environments
• Previous experience in a clinical or rehab setting is helpful—but not required
• New grads are encouraged to apply
