RN – Inpatient Orthopedic Care / Clinical Nurse  
Location: North Central New Mexico 
Schedule: Full-Time | Day or Night Shifts Available

As a Clinical Nurse on our Inpatient Ortho team, you’ll care for patients recovering from surgeries, fractures, and musculoskeletal conditions in a setting built for collaboration and healing. RN Job Responsibilities Your Role in Orthopedic Care 

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care on a busy inpatient ortho floor 
• Support surgical recovery and chronic condition management for orthopedic patients 
• Engage in early mobility programs and pain management protocols 
• Perform detailed assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans 
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with providers and families 
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality standards 

Required Qualifications 

• Completion of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred 
• Active RN license in the State of New Mexico or compact licensure 
• BLS certification required; ortho-related certifications encouraged 
• 1–2 years of RN experience in orthopedic, medical-surgical, or inpatient care 
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and clinical judgment
