Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ needs and design individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
• Teach Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic techniques that facilitate continuous progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and any post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
