Every day in this role will bring new challenges, from evaluating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to designing tailored treatment plans that meet each individual’s needs. You will administer physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, as you will work alongside nurses, physicians, case managers, and various other rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Education is paramount, and you will guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and the necessary home exercises to ensure ongoing recovery.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, you’ll be prepared for the challenges ahead, alongside state licensure as a Physical Therapist. While CPR certification is preferred, specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are a wonderful addition but are not required.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience, the ability to treat complex medical and mobility issues, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Comfort with digital charting and clinical documentation systems is also essential.
