Description – What Awaits You

• Conduct a range of standard and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the process of specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Keep a thorough record of all laboratory procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and help maintain the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean workspace that adheres to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, including preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
