What You Will Be Doing

• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that account for the full picture — physical, behavioral, and social determinants of health.
• Performing thorough physical examinations, interpreting labs and imaging, and coordinating appropriate specialist referrals.
• Partnering closely with care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and ancillary staff to deliver truly integrated, whole-person care.
• Engaging in value-based care models and quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating both patient outcomes and practice performance.
• Leveraging electronic medical record systems to document accurately and efficiently, keeping the focus on patients rather than paperwork.
• Seeing patients through in-person visits as well as telehealth encounters, ensuring access and flexibility for the populations you serve.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
