Job Description

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapy methodologies to help patients and caregivers continue progress in their personal environments.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring consistent patient advancement.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and professional development opportunities encouraged and provided

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
