Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique challenges and craft targeted therapy plans aligned with their personal functional goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to improve patients' fine motor skills, cognitive function, and performance in activities of daily living
• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage collaboratively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver whole-person, integrated care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their support networks through home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies that reinforce progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and adapt treatment plans in real time to optimize outcomes and ensure continued momentum

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) state licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

What You'll Be Doing
