* Schedule discovery appointments between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team for in-depth follow-up
 

* Nurture warm leads with thoughtful, consistent follow-up that keeps candidates engaged throughout the process
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach
