Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy approaches that empower them to achieve their mobility and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' physical capabilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction on therapy methodologies to support ongoing recovery and maintenance at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Document clinical developments and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring that each patient's journey stays on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited school
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensing

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is mandatory
