Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients’ needs and design personalized therapy interventions to help them reach their functional ambitions
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply scientifically-supported methods to enhance patients’ physical abilities, cognitive skills, and daily functionalities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to bolster their recovery journey at home
• Track and Record Progress: Document clinical developments and modify treatment approaches as required, ensuring optimal patient outcomes

Education

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and financially supported

Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential required
