What You’ll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

• Perform a variety of clinical tests on blood, tissue, and body fluid samples using modern laboratory techniques.

Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation to ensure high-quality, accurate results.

Data Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

• Interpret lab findings and collaborate with physicians and care teams to assist in timely diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other standards through ongoing quality control procedures and audits.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide support and mentorship to laboratory technicians, contributing to a positive, team-oriented lab culture.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification:

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
• New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in mentorship or leadership roles is a plus
