Your responsibilities will include operating advanced MRI equipment to conduct diagnostic scans, with a primary focus on prioritizing patient safety and comfort throughout the entire process. Key Responsibilities of an MRI Technologist:

• Conduct MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Position patients accurately and safely for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout scans, addressing any concerns or discomfort.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient information.

Qualifications of an MRI Technologist:

• Current ARRT (R) (MR) certification.
• Connecticut Radiologic Technologist License.
• Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with GE MRI scanners preferred.
