Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or additional certifications strongly supported and encouraged

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in New York State
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
