Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored occupational therapy programs aligned with each person's functional goals and lifestyle needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported treatment techniques to improve patients' fine motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to manage activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner fluidly with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver truly integrated, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide meaningful education to patients and their support systems, equipping them with the tools and confidence to continue progress beyond the clinic
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient outcomes, and adapt treatment strategies to ensure each individual stays on a forward trajectory

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• Current NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
